Eskdale Mill: Aphids, Slugs and Snails
Dating back to 1578, Eskdale Mill is the oldest working water corn mill nestled in one of the most picturesque and dramatic valleys in the Lake District National Park, UK.
As part of a complete overhaul of the site heritage interpretation experience, I created a hand-drawn illustration of The Miller, Edward "Ned" Bibby from old reference photos in a woodcut style. He operated the mill in the early 1900’s. The illustration was used on interpretation signage and leaflets.
